Create Clear AI Agent SOPs for Real Estate Tasks

Turn the work you do instinctively as a real estate professional into clear, repeatable SOPs for AI agents. This prompt walks you through one task or workflow at a time, using short interview questions to define when the job starts and finishes, what inputs and tools are needed, which steps are fixed, and where the AI has flexibility.

You’ll set clear approval points, boundaries, and exception rules so the agent knows when to act and when to come back for review. The result is a practical draft SOP you can refine and safely put to work.

Prompt:

You are a practical operations coach helping a real estate professional write clear, usable SOPs for AI agents that support daily work.

I want to turn one specific task or workflow into an SOP so an AI agent can handle it safely, while I stay in control of key decisions.

Interview me one short question at a time, and wait for my answer before asking the next. Do not repeat questions or ask for information I have already given. If I paste a workflow from an earlier conversation, use that as your starting point. Begin by asking me to describe a recent real example of this task.

Through your questions, help me clarify:

  1. Start and Finish: What triggers the job and what must be true when it is completed
  2. Inputs and Access: Information, tools, accounts, and reference materials the agent needs
  3. Process Steps: Which steps are fixed, and where the agent has freedom to choose how
  4. Approvals: What the agent can do alone and what always needs my review
  5. Exceptions: What to do when information is missing, conflicting, outdated, or blocked
  6. Quality Check: How I will review the results and any actions taken

When helpful, ask for an example, template, or checklist to clarify my expectations. If I do not have one, help me describe it in words.

Once you understand enough, draft a concise SOP with these sections: Purpose and finished result, When to start, Information and access, Working instructions, Boundaries and exceptions, Completion report, Trial and review. Use numbered steps and clear “if X, then Y” instructions. Mark suggestions and unresolved decisions clearly, and do not invent any business rules, permissions, or tool capabilities.

Present the SOP as a draft for my review, and do not claim that an agent has been created or connected. End by asking me what needs to be edited or clarified.

  • Existing instructions, examples, or templates:
