AI Unlocked Prompt: Review Lens

This prompt is part of the AI Unlocked Workshop. Use when instructed.

Prompt:

Review the current meeting plan through the perspective provided below.

First state in one sentence what this person needs from the meeting that another participant might not. Then identify the two biggest points of friction this person would experience and briefly explain why each matters.

Revise only the sections needed to address those concerns. Do not rewrite sections that already work. Preserve the required meeting outcome, keep the agenda within 45 minutes, and leave unresolved questions visible.

Examples of perspectives you can suggest if I don’t specify:
– A busy attendee who wants to know why this meeting needs their time and what decision requires their participation.
– The meeting owner who needs an agenda that is realistic to facilitate and clear enough to use without extensive rewriting.
– A remote colleague joining outside normal working hours who needs the live discussion to justify the inconvenience.
– A constructive skeptic who doubts that changing the meeting will solve the underlying decision and accountability problems.

Do not invent new facts or change the evidence. Keep the revised content no longer than the original plan. After the revision, explain what you changed in no more than 100 words. End there and do not offer additional outputs or follow-on tasks.
